Essential: $550 USD; Professional: $950 USD; Business Partner: $1,500 USD; Leadership Partner: $2,500 USD. Each plan is priced for a 12-month membership period. Benefits are listed on the membership page.
Eligibility and acceptance
The plans are intended for businesses and professionals connected to homebuilding and related industries. Eligibility and any required local association, FHBA, and NAHB affiliation must be confirmed before enrolment. Purchasing a company plan must not be represented as establishing a separate association membership unless that affiliation is confirmed.
Company representatives
Professional includes two designated representatives; Business Partner includes up to four; Leadership Partner includes up to six. Representation is under the company’s plan. Directory and spotlight information must be accurate and suitable for publication.
Scope of benefits
Invitations do not include event admission, travel, or accommodation. Member pricing applies only where offered for the specific program. Sponsorships and separately priced services are not included unless expressly stated.
Enrolment and renewal
Online enrolment is not currently available. The website does not accept a payment, activate membership, or create automatic renewal. Any future enrolment must disclose the start date, annual renewal process, and payment authorization before payment.
