Business partnerships and sponsorships are distinct from annual membership and voluntary support. Descriptions on this website do not constitute a sponsorship order or guarantee any promotional placement.
Written scope
A sponsorship must be documented separately with the parties, deliverables, placement, duration, fees, approvals, and applicable change or cancellation terms. None of these terms should be assumed from a membership level.
Names, logos, and materials
Any promotional materials must be accurate, appropriate for the agreed use, and supplied with the necessary rights and permissions. Association involvement must not be represented as an endorsement beyond the written arrangement.
